Even though I have seen a few of the Star War movies, I really do not care for them. But, I do think some of the Lego Darth Vader toys are cute. I suppose it is just a matter of what you like.
"Gosh, Aunt Felicia, how can you not know what that is?" I was feeling stupid. "It is something I have wanted my whole life!" His whole life? He was only four years old. But, for his young age, he sure knew a bunch about this subject! He was gearing up to give me the most important item on his Christmas list.
"Do you not watch the Star Wars movies?", he queried. Sure, I have watched them. But, was I going to keep up with the amount of toys manufactured from the movie? I meekly listened as he delivered to me the definition of his desire.
"I have a ship that started my collection. Momma got it for me as a birthday present. I keep it in my room and have waited and waited to get what goes with it." I remember the ship. I thought he was too young to have it.
"I saw the greatest ship ever! It is right from the Star Wars movies! I have been thinking really hard about what I want Santa to bring me this year. I would love to have the ship the dark side uses. It is so awesome!" Her eyes sparkled with delight!
Here I am trying to figure out what to do. My niece tells me that this item costs quite a bit of money. I guess I might have to dip into my savings and see if "Santa" will deliver the item.
I suppose I will have to have a little talk with "Santa" and make a little boys dreams come true. - 31409
